Baretta Provision is a family run company that has been doing business for more than 40 years.  What started out as a small market in Portland, Connecticut has evolved into a full-sized manufacturing plant that supplies some of the most demanding chefs, restauranteurs and retail vendors in the state.

The core team at Baretta's is made up of Bill Baretta and his son, Dan.  When you call us with a question or order, you won't get an automated sytem, but more than likely an owner who cares about your business and wants things done right.
